What To Do?

I have come to a cross-roads and don't know what to do!! I need help! (Just for a simple decision, we're not going into my life issues.)
I have been working on some covers and I want to know what you think. Here are two options. Which do you like better? Which would you buy? What do you like about each one? I need all the help I can get!
Let me know what you think. Perhaps I'll even send you a copy of the book (before anyone else has access to it!) if your advise proves helpful! :)

Hummm... I vote for the second one. I love the first one too, but the second one is a little more subtle? I don't know I just love the simplicity of it. Good luck!

Thanks, Olivia! That's the one my daughter likes too. My husband likes the first one. And I can't decide. So, it's good to know what people think. :)

I like them both, but agree that the 2nd one fits better. It has a more streamlined look.

I like the second one best. It goes more with the title of winter being a season.

I'm so glad for your comments! I like the fact that #1 has color, but I like the look of #2. What do you think of the font in #2? Is it okay?

I like the happy Christmas-y look of the first cover, but I like the second one better. The snow just looks so happy and clean and crisp and the font just adds to it! The second just adds to the feel of the book somehow. Although, the more I look at the first one, the more I like it, but the snow is beautiful. Okay, I've changed my mind. The snow is beautifully simple, but I love the read and green and the feelings that they evoke of a warm and happy holiday time. The dark red is just amazing! And green is my favorite color...

I think both covers are beautiful But my eyes keep being drawn to the first cover. I find Snow a beautiful sight but I have always loved the colors of the Christmas season. The reds, golds and greens are a spectacular sight. And help me think of happy times. The color would catch my attention before the all white.

Here's a comment from a boy: I like the second one. I feel like a book with Christmas on the cover, while more colorful, gives the impression of another cheesy book about how we all need to get more in tune with the spirit of Christmas. Your book, I think, fits more the second cover. It has the chic simplicity and intrigue of a compelling pattern in the snow. Also, it draws the attention of the prospective reader to the fact that the book has more substance than just a Christmas tale. Remember, the picture on the cover has a greater impression than the title, so I think the second one overall gives a more compelling impression and clincher for the book. Just my thoughts. :)

I prefer the second one, because it you in mind of the entire winter season and not just of Christmas as does the first one. I would suggest, however, using a different font for the title and your name, or at the very least italicize your name and decrease the font size. This would add some distinction to the title and help it pop more. While I have your attention, I really enjoy your Wednesday Romances! Keep 'em coming :)

It should read "puts you in mind of the entire winter season." ::sigh:: Proofreading can really come in handy...

I like the first one much better.

The style is older fashioned and evokes family memories for me. With the colors, the tree, beads, and cursive font, my heart felt a familiar love I have with the season.

The second doesn't stand out enough for me and is too soft, maybe even shallow.

Definately the first one!
