The Sweetest Romance Scavenger Hunt & The Stranger She Married Review

The Stranger She Married by Donna Hatch is a book I have wanted to read for quite some time. I am ashamed to admit that I just recently read it. This is a Sweet romance story with intrigue and deception complete with a damsel in distress and a chivalrous hero!
Alicia is a young girl who's parents and brother have died. Sent to live with her uncle who has lost the family fortune, she is forced to marry a wealthy man in order to save the family from debtor's prison. Unfortunately, there are complications. The man that she really loves has an unforgivable past. And the other men who can afford her are old and unkind.
Cole is wealthy enough to marry the lovely Alicia, but he's also the one who fired the gun at her twin brother. He also can't abide the thought of her marrying an wrinkly stranger who will not value her as anything more than just a pretty young thing. Instead, he convinces his masked cousin to marry her instead.
Though she is content with her new husband, her frequent encounters with Cole help her to forgive him and she begins to love him too. Torn, she must decide where her loyalty lies; with Cole or with her deformed husband. And with their help, perhaps she can figure out the strange events and deaths that seem to be plaguing her family.
Donna Hatch has done a wonderful job of telling a compelling and exciting story. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good, Sweet book!
Also, don't forget to join my blog tour starting next week! I can't wait to see you!

Carol, I'm so glad you stopped by! I have that problem too, not being able to leave comments sometimes. It must be the blogger network. If we blame them, then it makes us innocent! :) I hope to see you on the tour!
